MIRAN launch new acrylic jar 200 ml with Refill System
The jar has a special unique design, so the consumer can easily change the refill with a single finger light press. The slot on the outer jar and the plank on the inner capacity helps to combine their front sides. This design also help to easy removal of the refill from the jar. The plank on the inner capacity is flexible. Use it like a button and slightly press it to remove refill easy even with the product inside.
The eco-friendly acrylic jar with refill jar is available in 200 ml capacity and comes with many decoration options, including digital printing, silk screen printing and foiling. It helps you and your customers follow the 4R principles of sustainability: refill, reuse, reduce and recycle.
This new refillable cosmetic jar «Refill-200» by MIRAN has a professional and aesthetic look, it is ideal for creams, skin and hair care treatments.
The jar closure, refill closure and inner capacity are made from PP. The last two are lighter than regular refills on the market, saving up to 50% plastic on each refill purchase. The outer jar of «Refill-200» is made from 100% acryl (100 % recyclable in case separate collection and recycling in specialized companies). It can be produced in any color.
Refill jar can be unlimitedly reused and will always look stylish and expensive. After the packaging is no longer used as a cosmetic, it can be used for other purposes, for example as a box for jewelry, buttons or other small items.

Benefits and construction features
✓ The inner capacity of refill has a enough thickness for sealing. It is also completed with a closure «Over-200». The closure is designed for preserving foil during transporting, especially if the refill is selling without paper box.
✓ The inner capacity has a special lug. It allows to securely and easy install the refill into the body and to combine the design on them if it is necessary. This special lug also allows the consumer to easily click out the inner jar by pressing on it.
✓ The lightweight of the inner jar and transporting closure helps to saving conventional plastic up to 50-70%.

✓ closure for outer body «Refill-200» (100% PP)
✓ protective closure for inner capacity «Over-200» (100% PP).
Decoration
The jar «Refill-200» has a wide decoration options for each component:
✓ The acrylic outer jar has a high transparency. Full-color sustainable printing, silk-screen printing and foiling are available for the outer jar.
✓ The inner capacity is available in any color and can be decorated with silk-screen printing (up to 6 colors).
✓ The closure can be decorated by silk-screen printing, foiling (all round, on cliché, two-colored) and pad printing.
