Wide flip-top cap «Style-2»
Wide flip-top cap "Style-2" is suitable for bottles with a standard neck 24/410 as well as for PET-bottles of other manufacturers (leak test recommended). The cap is universal in due to minimalistic design. The matte body contrast with the glossy groove between the top and bottom of the cap. This contrast can be enhanced by the using colors with effect pigments.
Wide double-walled cap “Style-2” makes the bottle visually higher.
Highlights
1. The cap has a matte surface. It can be opaque or translucent: due to the matte surface, the transparent colors of the cap don’t show technical details and give a slight transparency.
2. The diameter of hole inside cap is 4.9 mm. It is the optimal size for fast (but not too fast) extraction of any product with different viscosity. This means that the product is consumed optimally, which is appreciated by consumers.
3. Caps are convenient to use due to the slightly shifted hole. The cap is less dirty with the product and looks neat during the entire period of use.
4. The cap opens wide springy (about 160 degrees). The wide and resilient opening is comfortable for the consumer and is actually an indicator of the excellent work of the R&D department.
The cap is made of 100% monomaterial (polypropylene) so it’s 100% recyclable.
The cap design follows the design of the jars “Simonа-50” and “Simonа-200”. So the cap helps to combine perfectly jars “Simona” and any bottles with a standard neck 24/410 in one series (for example, our bottles «City», «Soft», «Beauty», «Tropic», «Love», «Evrika»).
