E-commerce disc-top cap with a twist lock for bottles with a standard neck 24/410.
The "Secure" cap is primarily intended for e-commerce products and has an innovative opening method: a rotating ring at the top of the cap. When closed, the disc is not pressed, which protects the package from accidental opening during transportation. When the ring is turned, the disc is unlocked and the cap can be used as a regular disc-top. The ring rotates approximately 7-9 mm, in the closed and open position it makes a clear click, which signals the fixation. There are guiding arrows on the rotating ring so that the buyer can easily understand in which direction the mechanism should be turned to open. A "fingerprint" is depicted on the top of the disc, which helps to quickly find the place of pressing.
All parts of the cap can be made in any color and with any transparency. Using multi-colored details, you can highlight different SKUs, as well as differentiate different products in a line or brand lines from each other. We recommend highlighting the ring with an accent color to visually "explain" the opening principle to the consumer.
